Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "You", or "Your") and AP33Slot (hereinafter "AP33Slot", "the Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://ap33slot.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with AP33Slot, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. Failure to meet or maintain these criteria constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the period during which you hold an Account. 3.2 Geographic Restrictions

3.4 Capacity to Contract

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. If you are subject to a self-exclusion order, a court-ordered restriction on gambling, or a voluntary exclusion through any responsible gambling programme, you are not eligible to register or use AP33Slot.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself. Any material misrepresentation during registration — including provision of false name, date of birth, address, or contact information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Information Required

During registration and as part of the ongoing KYC process, AP33Slot may request one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport;
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of e-wallet or bank account confirming name matches registration);
• Selfie photograph holding identity document;
• Source of funds declaration for high-value transactions.

4.2 KYC Timing

AP33Slot may initiate KYC verification at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal request, upon detection of unusual account activity, or at any other time at AP33Slot's reasonable discretion. Withdrawal processing will be placed on hold until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. AP33Slot will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify us immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

AP33Slot supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency transfers via BTC and USDT. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction across all supported payment methods. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account and may require manual investigation for recovery.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

AP33Slot targets the following processing timelines for withdrawal requests that have passed KYC and compliance review:

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes during normal operating hours.
• DuitNow / FPX: Typically 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours.

These timelines are targets and not guarantees. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. AP33Slot does not accept liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking networks.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit into your Account, or to accounts verified as belonging to you through the KYC process. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. AP33Slot reserves the right to conduct additional verification prior to processing any withdrawal request at its reasonable discretion.

5.5 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed until the Account balance reaches the minimum amount or the Player adds further Real Money Funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through AP33Slot are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied in full before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "35x" means the bonus must be wagered thirty-five (35) times in aggregate eligible bets).

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that have not had their associated wagering requirements fulfilled within the period specified in the relevant promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of crediting) will automatically expire and be removed from your Account, together with any associated bonus-derived winnings.

6.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or wager is RM250 unless otherwise specified. Placing bets in excess of this limit while using Bonus Funds constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

AP33Slot reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, exploitation of system errors or software bugs, collusion, or use of automated betting tools.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the AP33Slot platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of Account balance, and may result in legal action where warranted:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time;
• Creating more than one (1) Account or accessing AP33Slot using another person's Account credentials;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Depositing funds obtained from criminal activity, illegal sources, or third parties without their knowledge and consent;
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software, games, random number generators, or odds systems;
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, or software to interact with the platform in a manner that is not standard manual human interaction;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any systematic strategy designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies in a manner inconsistent with ordinary recreational wagering;
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Facilitating access to the platform for any individual who is under 21 years of age or who is subject to a self-exclusion order.

Intellectual Property

All content on the AP33Slot platform — including but not limited to the AP33Slot name, logo, visual design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, data compilations, and proprietary tools — is the intellectual property of AP33Slot or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to: copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works of any platform content without the prior written consent of AP33Slot.

Limitation of Liability

Responsible Gambling

Dispute Resolution

11.1 Dispute Procedure

Disputes must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted outside the 30-day window may not be eligible for further review.

11.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, network error, or software fault that results in an incorrect game outcome or the misapplication of odds, AP33Slot reserves the right to void affected wagers and return staked amounts to Players' accounts. AP33Slot shall not be liable for enhanced winnings resulting from a demonstrable technical fault.

11.3 Binding Decision

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through informal support channels, AP33Slot may escalate the matter to an independent dispute resolution body designated by our licensing authority. The outcome of such an independent review shall be final and binding on both parties.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AP33Slot is licenced to operate.

AP33Slot operates under an international gaming licence issued by an offshore regulatory authority. The platform's operations are subject to the regulatory requirements of that licensing jurisdiction. These Terms do not constitute a waiver of any rights available to you under the laws of your own jurisdiction, nor do they impose obligations upon you that are incompatible with local law.

Amendments to These Terms

AP33Slot reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the AP33Slot platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of your available balance prior to account closure.
